Have been in the nursing profession 20+ years. First as A PSW, then an RPN. Have always been passionate about Geriatrics. Worked the last 8 years assisting people who have behaviours related to Dementia or Mental Health transition within the system. Currently supervisor of Psycho-geriatric Community Services Program, and supervise 5 transition nurses, and 3 Mobile geriatric Social Workers.
