I am a registered social worker. I work on the BSO Mobile Team in London/Middlesex, supporting older adults who have/are at risk of responsive behaviours related to a mental illness, addiction, and/or neurological condition. I support older adults in community homes, retirement homes, hospital, and long-term care. Our team works very closely with BSO-embedded teams within our local long-term care homes to develop holistic care plans targeting responsive behaviours.
