NP working at Health Sciences North in Sudbury with the Geriatric Outpatient Rehab team/STAT team. Provides transitional care from inpatient/ER as well as rehab for geriatric patients. NP graduate in 2013, worked as the NP in ER for first 2 years, and then maternity leave and moved to this position in 2016.
