I am a Registered Social Service Worker. Although my job as the Business Office Manager at Morriston Park keeps me supper busy with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, IT duties Human Resources etc... I am able to implement my Social Service skills with residents and their families/staff from time to time. I believe a strengths based approach with individuals/groups is most effective so I am able to implement/utilize my strengths in our close net group/team setting here at Morriston Park often; as a result I enjoy my work here very much.
